By confirming your reservation, you agree to these expectations:

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 3 guests maximum
• Vehicle limit: 2 cars
• No pets
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography

• All Guests must be registered for safety & insurance -- ID (driving license, passport, identity card or visa) required prior to check-in.
• ID verification required for booking.
• Guests' vehicles must be registered with us before parking (provide make, model, color, license plate).

• Guests are welcomed to remove their shoes upon entering – keeps inside much cleaner. We provide you a pair of slippers. Yours to keep!

• Guests may not send or receive USPS mail at this property address.
• We are not responsible for forwarding any mail to you after your stay.

• We offer you clean mugs & glasses. We do not expect Guests to wash dishes, because there is not a proper kitchen in this suite. Bathroom sink is not equipped (or able) to wash dishes.
