Guest wing of the house includes: Private bedroom & private bath. Plus, separate living room.
This is the private Guest Suite of a suburban house. Resident property manager lives on site in the adjacent portion of the house.
Private entrance to 2-room suite with private bathroom. Shower in tub adjusts to massage, waterfall, or detachable sprayer. This wing of the house is exclusively yours. The larger adjacent portion of the house is resident-occupied.

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, please strongly consider having another traveller plan the booking from their own account (then, they can invite you online/in-app to join their trip). If you make a normal reservation, but someone else will be the primary Guest instead, you should expect significant conflicts/hassles/complications/delays in communication, logistics, payment accountability, and waste time. We provide Guests a helpful welcome orientation to the suite, to show you the setup and how to best enjoy the features of the space! I like to say hello to our Guests. We'll leave you alone, but know that we are your neighbors. We're available primarily through your app and by phone/text.
Longer term stays welcome. You may qualify for special rates.
There are many plants and trees in the backyard and neighbors'. When weather changes, you may see insects around. Keep door shut and put away/seal up food items. We treat the building for pest control seasonally.
By booking a reservation, Guests agree to our House Rules.
Upon booking, all Guests (including those accompanying the person who booked the reservation) need to provide a copy of government-issued ID as verification for safety, insurance, & local regulation compliance. Similar to standard practice for traditional lodging businesses.

1. Take I-5 South (towards L.A.), Exit Florin Rd. (West). Continued on Florin Rd.*
-OR- From Southern California, Stockton, & Elk Grove...
1. From I-5 North (towards Redding), go all the way past the big water tower welcoming you to Sacramento, "Farm to Fork Capitol." Then, use the 2nd from the right lane to take Exit 513 to merge onto Florin Rd. loop (West). Continue on Florin Rd.
*See shopping center on your Left side: Wing Stop/Nugget Market/Starbucks/Burger King/etc.
2. Go STRAIGHT at stoplight (Greenhaven Dr.).
3. Take 1st LEFT on Long River Dr. (comes up quick).
4. Take 3rd RIGHT into Shady River Cir.
House is in your Left: 19 Shady River Cir.
FREE PARKING: You are welcome to park 1 car curbside, next to the walkway leading directly to the right side of the building (past the mailbox). If there is a spot available in the driveway in front of the garage, you can park 1 car there. It’s a super safe residential community here.
ARRIVAL: You’re staying in the Red Door Suite, located on the right side of the building. Follow the straight concrete walkway past the small red Japanese maple tree. Neighbor’s lawn is on the Right.
FYI: We ask that Guests please respect the adjacent private residence on the Left side of the house — turquoise door facing the street. Best way to reach us is by calling or texting Wes directly at: (503)622-9374.
