- Nearby Broadway corridor revival: artisan bakery, local coffee roasters, Oak Park Brewery, Fixins soul food, the Guild theater, Saturday Farmer's Market, and more.

- Listen for the ice cream truck jingle down our street usually in early evening.
- Mexican snack cart vendors roll by occasionally.
- Quality Afghan, Chinese, Indian, Japanese meals, and fast food served within easy walking distance. Really good authentic Vietnamese and Mexican food nearby too (head south).
- Some parts of Oak Park are still economically distressed. This block is one of the safer feeling blocks. Unhoused situation remains subject to change daily. Overall, Oak Park area is transitioning upwards from decades ago.
- Street and pedestrian improvements are frequent, along with utilities upgrades, residential remodeling, in-fill development, restoration, and community investment continues throughout Oak Park.
- A mix of working class, young professionals, and elders live here. Median age: 35. 52% Female, 48% Male.

- We provide Guests a starter set of common kitchen basics (e.g. coffee, teas, sugar, oil), cleaning supplies (e.g. trash bags, dish sponge, soaps, dishwasher detergent), toilet paper, etc. Additional household supplies are easily available at Rancho San Miguel supermarket, 1/2 a block away.
*Be aware of your surroundings. Use common sense. Transient people live dynamically throughout some local spots around, like many areas of Sacramento. Unhoused situation remains subject to change daily. Usually fairly avoidable.
- Travel/renter insurance is recommended to protect Guest(s)' personal property. - Damage Waiver may be required to prevent property damage caused by Guest(s). Guest(s) may waive responsibility for property damages up to $2,500 for $69/monthly OR up to $3,000 for $79/monthly. Damage Waiver due monthly with payment for accommodations.
- For Guests with insufficient trip booking history on 3rd party platforms profiles: - Refundable security deposit ($1,200) from Guest may be required upon signing rental agreement. Deposit is retained for cost of damages to the property and furnishings. Deposit balance will be refunded back to Guest within five (5) business days of check out, unless damage claims are made.
- Background & credit check may be required for Guests prior to completing registration. A third party, KeyCheck, collects $40 per Guest for each background check. KeyCheck uses TransUnion security info systems. However, this background & credit check does not influence your credit score; "soft pull" only. Cost of background check fees may be credited back to Guests upon check in.

Great house by UC Med center
My brothers, sister and I rotated stayed here for the course of the month while our father was at UC med center. House was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and Wes made sure there was plenty of necessities( d/w liquid, detergent, TP etc…). Climate was comfortable, internet and TV were great, both beds were comfortable and parking was no issues for two cars. Neighborhood was quiet and no with loitering or noise outside. Best part was that Wes was in constant communication with us about everything from booking details to checkout. He was quick at responding and took his role as host very seriously and professionally.

This place had no shortcomings as far as items needed on a daily basis! Home was very cozy and was able to accomodate my family for a week with no problems. Market was just a 1-minute walk from the house which was great. Wes was quick to answer any questions i had and very respectful. I will definitely consider staying here in the future with another travel buddy if it came to. Would highly recommend!
